Second-hand dredger in good condition is waiting for sale
The steel-constructed, non-self-propelled, and dismountable Cutter Suction Dredger is designed for versatile operations in any waters, encompassing both coastal zones and inland rivers. It meets the requirements for berthing and dredging in navigation areas equivalent to or less demanding than "A" or below the "A"-line specified by the PRC's code for inland river steel engineering ship manufacture. This dredger excels in excavating and transporting cohesive sediments, with a classification not exceeding III as outlined in the dredging engineering construction technique code issued by the PRC's Ministry of Water Resources.
Comprising three pontoons-a main pontoon housing the engine room and two side pontoons-the dredger's dimensions are tailored for convenient transportation via road, rail, or water. Facilitating easy assembly and disassembly, the pontoons feature a rapid connection-disconnection system utilizing bolts at deck level, at the hull's front and rear, and hooks at the bottom. Powered by a marine engine, the main engine drives both the dredge pump and the hydraulic pump, which in turn operates other essential equipment, including the cutter, swing and ladder winches, and the spud rams.

Pre-Delivery Assembly & Testing: Completely assembled and rigorously tested before delivery to guarantee reliability and performance.
Quick & Easy Assembly: Designed for very simple and fast assembly, whether afloat or onshore, minimizing downtime.
Standard Design for Quick Delivery: Standardized design allows for shorter delivery times, getting you up and running faster.
Readily Available Spares: Standard spare parts are kept in stock for quick access and minimal downtime.
Coastal Waters Certification: Designed to meet the standards for Coastal Waters Certificate, ensuring compliance and reliability.
Optional Equipment: A range of optional equipment is available to tailor the dredger to your specific needs.
River and Canal Maintenance: The dredger plays a crucial role in maintaining the navigability of rivers and canals by ensuring their depth and width are adequate for ships and other watercraft. In areas with high sediment loads, regular dredging is essential to prevent the accumulation of silt and debris, which can obstruct waterways and hinder navigation.
Harbor and Port Development: In the construction and upkeep of harbors and ports, the dredger is indispensable for creating and maintaining navigational channels, berths, and turning basins. This ensures safe docking and maneuvering of ships within port facilities, facilitating smooth and efficient maritime operations.
Land Reclamation: The dredger is also utilized in land reclamation projects, where it extracts sand, mud, and other underwater materials. These materials are then used to create new land from underwater areas, often to expand urban areas, develop infrastructure, or establish agricultural land.
Flood Control: In flood-prone regions, the dredger plays a vital role in clearing blocked waterways and drainage channels. By improving water flow and reducing the risk of flooding, it helps to safeguard lives and property.
Environmental Restoration: Additionally, the dredger can be employed in environmental restoration projects. This includes removing contaminants from water bodies, restoring wetlands, and creating habitats for aquatic life, contributing to the preservation and enhancement of aquatic ecosystems.
